This program will run between now and September. We will have 3 preparation meetings by zoom where we will work on developing your concept for a syndication or fund. Joel will spearhead this initiative, but the others in the program will also provide very valuable feedback. The final meeting will be in person in Toronto in late September 2022.
During the final session – our day and a half live and in-person session, we will help you to complete the development of your marketing materials which we call the executive overview. We’ll talk about fundraising strategies, go over dozens of issues, and bond with other emerging fund managers and syndicators over dinner. Every person in the group will have access to Joel so they come out a winner.
All of the advisory; all of the workshops; all of the interaction with Joel and the others in the group are included in the PowerPlay Advantage™ program for a single payment of $5,000 USD now with a final payment of $5,000 USD before the group meets in September.
