To assure your success at the Syndication and Hedge Fund Symposium, we have established minimum criteria for attending. You must meet at least one of the following:
You are a state-licensed real estate professional; or
You are a financial or intermediary person such as a CPA, attorney, investment banker, or lender; or
You have a specific asset class in which you specialize.

Founder of the Syndication and Hedge Fund Symposium, Joel Block is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and a recognized expert in Investment Crowdfunding. Joel runs a real estate hedge fund and has spent years in the venture capital business. Joel has conceptualized, capitalized, operated and sold several companies, one of which he sold to a Fortune 500 company.
Russ Frandsen, Esq.
Senior partner at Business Legal Group, Russ Frandsen specializes in securities issues for promoters, legal considerations and taxation. Russ also has been with National ACO since 2013. He serves as an advisor on the Board of Directors and is the Chief Compliance Officer and outside legal counsel to NACO. Russ is based in the Greater Los Angeles area.
